At Pooky, we want you to be completely illuminated by your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective internal padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
